Self Care is for those who find themselves continuously in a caretaker role. It brings awareness to the student’s current situation, areas of their lives that deplete their energy and how to maintain the energy the body needs to be healthy. This workshop brings awareness to the student’s unmet needs in the home, workplace, and relationships. It teaches students to balance their time with activities that nurture. It teaches one to delegate tasks that can be shared and why letting go of things that do not work is ok.
